HOW TO GET STARTED

  1. Download the free Blaise Transit app from the Apple Store or Google Play
    Don't have a smartphone? No problem. Use the web app to book online at ride.blaisetransit.com or
    call 1-888-465-0783 to book over the phone. 
  2. Create an account or log in to your existing account.  
  3. Select Middlesex County Connect as your transit operator. 
  4. Book your trip for today, tomorrow or even next week!

HOW TO USE THE APP

Click here to view Middlesex County Connect routes & schedules. Enter your origin and destination locations, your departure or arrival time, and the number of passengers. Select the payment method and submit your trip. It's that easy!

A detailed itinerary is available at the moment of booking, alerting you when to leave, pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as estimated arrival times at your destination. Remember to click on the "Begin Trip" button to track your bus's real-time location and obtain your private code to board the bus.

How do I download the app?

The app is called ‘Blaise Transit‘ and is available to download for FREE from both the App Store and Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app, create an account and then select Middlesex County Connect as your transit operator.

I don’t have a smartphone. Can I still book a trip?

Yes, you can! Use the web app to book online at ride.blaisetransit.com or call 1-888-465-0783 to book over the phone. Phone-in requests can only pay on board.

Is booking mandatory?

How far ahead can I book my trip?

You can book a trip up to 7 days in advance, or a minimum of 10 minutes before your departure time if booking for a same day ride. 

What if Middlesex County Connect does not appear as a transit operator on the app?

If Middlesex County Connect does not appear on the mobile app, follow these steps:

  • Make sure your location services are enabled for the Blaise Transit app. Your location helps identify the transit operators available near you.
  • Ensure that you are within a reasonable distance of the Middlesex County area. This will allow you to view Middlesex County Connect as a transit operator.

    If you are still unable to see Middlesex County Connect as a transit operator, please contact us at 1-888-465-0783, and we will be glad to assist you further.
How do I track the bus location?

Once you have your ride booked, press 'Begin Trip' to track the bus in real time and get your private code to board the bus. 

Can I modify or cancel a trip?

Once accepted, a booking cannot be modified in the app. You can cancel a trip before departure and submit a new request. 

Upon cancelling a trip, riders will receive a credit in their Blaise account in the amount of the fare purchased. 

Why was my trip rejected?

Your requested trip may have been rejected because it was not within Middlesex County Connect service operating zones or schedules. We encourage you to browse the Routes & Schedules page to ensure that your origin and destination are in close proximity to an existing County Connect stop, and within the operating schedules.
