Current Bid Opportunities
The County of Middlesex has launched a new online procurement service, bids&tenders™ that makes it easier for you to review, register and submit bids for goods and services. Request for Tenders (RFT), Request for Proposals (RFP) and other procurement opportunities are available online and can be previewed free of charge by clicking the link below.
A bids&tenders™ subscription is required to download bid documents and receive notifications of new bid opportunities. If you are only bidding once a year, there is a one-time pay per bid option is also available.
Buying Groups List
Middlesex County, including Middlesex-London Paramedics Service and Strathmere Lodge, intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the following organizations in 2026:

- Kinetic GPO
- Local Authority Services (LAS)
- Ministry of Government and Consumer Services - Vendor of Record Program
- Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM)

The County of Middlesex does not respond to unsolicited sales calls, promotional emails, or cold-call inquiries from vendors. Suppliers interested in doing business with the County are encouraged to monitor current procurement opportunities posted on the County’s Bids & Tenders portal or this webpage.
All vendor communications must follow the established procurement process. Unsolicited proposals or promotional materials submitted outside of an active procurement process will not be reviewed or retained.
