MIDDLESEX COUNTY CONNECT ROUTE 1 & ROUTE 2 CONNECTION

Travel to and from Lucan, Ilderton, Arva and Dorchester:

Lucan, Ilderton & Arva to Dorchester (Monday - Friday):
In the morning, take Middlesex County Connect Route 1 bus on Trip 2 from Lucan Community Centre (6:50 a.m.), Ilderton Library (7:09 a.m.) or Medway Rd./Arva St. in Arva (7:20 a.m.) towards London arriving at Masonville Mall at 7:30 a.m. Transfer to Middlesex County Connect Route 2 bus on Trip 2 leaving Masonville Mall at 8:00 a.m. towards Dorchester.

Dorchester to Arva, Ilderton & Lucan (Monday - Friday):
In the afternoon, take Middlesex County Connect Route 2 bus on Trip 5 from one of our multiple bus stops in Dorchester to London arriving at Masonville Mall at 4:45 p.m. Transfer to Middlesex County Connect Route 1 bus on Trip 7 leaving Masonville Mall at 5:50 p.m. towards Arva, Ilderton and Lucan.

Connect with T:GO Transit at the following bus stop locations on our Route 2:

T:GO offers inter-community transit services to a number of destinations around Tillsonburg, including London, Woodstock, and Port Burwell. CONNECT WITH HURON SHORES AREA TRANSIT

Middlesex County Connect and Huron Shores Area Transit share a bus stop at the Lucan Community Centre on Main St in Lucan and have stops within walking distance of each other on Fanshawe Park Road East by the Masonville Mall in London, as listed below:

  • Huron Shores Area Transit Route 2 bus stops at London Transit stop# 705
  • Middlesex County Connect Route 1 and Route 2 buses stop at London Transit stop# 709


Travel between London and Lucan using Middlesex County Connect and Huron Shores Area Transit

In the morning, Middlesex County Connect Route 1 bus runs from 6:30 am to 9:50 am, while Huron Shores Area Transit Route 2 bus operates from 9:56 am to 11:01 am, providing trips between Lucan and London.

In the afternoon/evening, Middlesex County Connect Route 1 bus runs from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm, and Huron Shores Area Transit Route 2 bus operates from 6:01 pm to 7:06 pm, again offering trips between Lucan and London.

You can plan your trip using either service based on the different operating times throughout the day.

Huron Shores Area Transit provides public transit to Bluewater, Kettle & Stony Point First Nation, Lambton Shores, North Middlesex, and South Huron. Middlesex County Connect and PC Connect have bus stops within walking distance of each other on Fanshawe Park Road East by the Masonville Mall in London:

  • Middlesex County Connect Route 1 and Route 2 buses stop at London Transit stop# 709
     

How to connect with PC Connect for travel to/from Lucan, Arva, and Ilderton to St. Marys and Stratford

  • Lucan, Arva & Ilderton to St. Marys & Stratford (Monday - Friday): In the morning, take Middlesex County Connect Route 1 bus on Trip 2 from Lucan Community Centre (6:50 a.m.), Ilderton Library (7:09 a.m.) or bus stop in Arva on Medway Rd./Arva St. (7:20 a.m.) towards London arriving at Masonville Mall LTC stop#709 at 7:30 a.m. Walk to LTC stop#704 to take the PC Connect Route 3 bus leaving Masonville Mall at 7:50 a.m. towards St. Marys and Stratford. 
  • Stratford & St. Marys to Arva, Ilderton & Lucan (Monday - Friday): In the afternoon, take PC Connect Route 3 bus from Stratford Transit Terminal#8 (4:40 p.m.), St. Marys Town Hall (5:05 p.m.) or St. Marys Memorial Hospital (5:10 p.m.) towards London arriving at Masonville Mall LTC stop#704 at 5:45 p.m. Walk to LTC stop#709 to take the Middlesex County Connect Route 1 bus at 5:50 p.m. towards Arva, Ilderton and Lucan.

PC Connect is an inter-community transit service that provides transportation throughout Perth County, Stratford, St. Marys, Kitchener/Waterloo and London. PC Connect provides affordable and accessible service on weekdays and Saturdays, and provides connections to other services such as GO Transit. Visit perthcounty.ca/pcconnect for information on PC Connect. 


LONDON TRANSIT (LTC) CONNECTIONS

Connect with London Transit (LTC) buses at the following Middlesex County Connect stops for each route:

Route 1: Lucan - Ilderton - Arva - London

Route 2: Woodstock - Ingersoll - Putnam - Dorchester - London
