As we head into the winter season, we want to remind Middlesex County Connect passengers that in the event of severe weather, any service cancellations or major delays will be communicated through the Blaise Transit app and on our website as soon as possible.

To stay informed and plan your commute effectively, we strongly recommend checking for service alerts before heading to the bus stop. Keep an eye on the app or feel free to give us a call ahead of time.

The strike by full-time support staff at Fanshawe College and other public colleges in Ontario is over. Middlesex County Connect Routes 1 and 2 will return to the original stop at Fanshawe College’s main campus in London starting Monday, October 20, 2025.

Starting from May 1, 2024, until October 31, 2024, Pond Mills Road in London will undergo construction. As a result, the road will be closed between Buchanan Court and Enterprise Drive.

During this period, the following bus stops will not be accessible in the Wilton Grove Industrial Area on Route 3 (Dorchester - London - St. Thomas):

Middlesex County is excited to announce the launch of our new inter-community transit route providing connectivity between Dorchester, London, and St. Thomas, commencing operations on Monday, April 8, 2024.

The new route will be operated by Voyago and will offer commuters four round trips daily, with two in the morning and two in the afternoon, running from Monday to Saturday. Morning services will operate from 6:10 am to 10:25 am, while afternoon services will run from 3:00 pm to 7:10 pm on weekdays, and from 8:10 am to 12:25 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:10 pm on Saturdays.

TEMPORARY BUS STOP RELOCATION at Masonville Mall in London

Effective March 4, 2024, the bus stop for Route 1 and Route 2 at Masonville Mall in London will be temporarily relocated to LTC Stop #700WB (Fanshawe at Jennifer 2) on Fanshawe Park Road E. This temporary relocation is expected to remain in place until August 2024. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. For assistance in locating the new stop, please contact 1-888-465-0783.

The new temporary stop is located further east and across the road on Fanshawe Park Road East from the previous stop.

As a result of this construction, the temporary relocation of the stop at Masonville Mall is in effect. Commuters are advised to use London Transit (LTC) stop #709 EB, located east of Richmond on Fanshawe Park Road, during this period.

A 30-day student pass, priced at $160, is now available to all students, offering unlimited rides on both Middlesex County Connect routes for a full 30 days at a discounted rate.
The student pass is exclusively available for purchase through the Blaise Transit app and is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Download the free Blaise Transit app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

The pass is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased. A new pass can only be purchased after the current one expires.
To use this pass, students must book their rides through the app and select the pass as the payment method when booking a trip. There is no requirement for students to physically print or display the pass, nor do they need to show their booked trip upon boarding the bus. However, students will need to present their valid student ID when getting on the bus. The bus driver reserves the right to deny boarding if the student ID is not presented.
***Please note that the pass will only appear as a payment option on the app if you have set up a "student" profile within the Blaise Transit app.
Students can purchase the discounted pass through the app in one of two ways:
- Select "Purchase a pass" as your payment method when booking a trip.
- Add the pass as a payment option in the "Wallet" section."

A new bus route is being added to provide a peak-hour weekday transit connection between London, Lucan, Ilderton, and Arva. It will operate five days per week (Monday to Friday) from 6:30 am to 9:50 am in the mornings and from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm in the afternoons. Please see Route 1 schedule below:

A new and expanded Route 2 combines the current Route 1 & Route 2 to offer an improved transit connection between Woodstock, Ingersoll, Putnam, Dorchester and London. Service adjustments have been made in order to best allocate County Connect bus service as needed.
