MIDDLESEX COUNTY on June 6, 2022 the County of Middlesex terminated the Emergency declared on March 17, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The County of Middlesex is celebrating the National AccessAbility Week (NAAW) from May 29 to June 4, 2022. The Government of Canada encourages participants to celebrate and spread awareness of the contributions and leadership of Canadians with disabilities; highlight the efforts of individuals, organizations and communities that focus on removing barriers; and reflect on ongoing efforts to become a better, more accessible, more disability inclusive county.

Middlesex County Administration will be closed May 23, 2022 for Victoria Day.

MIDDLESEX COUNTY on May 12, 2022, the Municipality of Thames Centre hosted the 2022 Middlesex Municipal Day at the new Thorndale Lions Community Centre. The event saw over 90 delegates from the County of Middlesex, Local Municipalities, the Middlesex-London Health Unit, the Middlesex County Library Board, local Conservation Authorities, and various community partners.

Donnybrook Drive is closed to local traffic only from Westchester Bourne and Dorchester Road. The closure is for road improvements and is expected to last from May 9 until Late August.
