The commitment to an organization wide asset management program (AMP) for the consideration of the increasing costs to provide a range of services to residents while being mindful of increasing development and population growth and the impacts of climate change within a complex municipal funding model.
AM planning is a mechanism by which municipalities can make sound investment in their assets by prioritizing investments, managing risks, improve financial performance, and strive for higher levels of efficiency and sustainability.
