FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Early Childhood Educator & Child Care Worker Appreciation Day 2026
MIDDLESEX COUNTY (October 21, 2026) – Today we recognize the dedication, skill, and compassion of those working hard to educate, care for and help shape the next generation of County residents.
This year, the theme for Early Childhood Educator & Child Care Worker Appreciation Day is Care Counts. This highlights the importance of care in early learning and child care and the pride that ECEs and child care workers take in their work.
Middlesex County extends its sincere thanks to all Early Childhood Educators and child care workers for the positive impact they make in the lives of children and families. Your care, guidance and expertise, builds strong foundations for lifelong success.
Today and every day, we count on that care that you provide.
"We are proud to recognize the incredible work of child care workers and early childhood educators across Middlesex County and the important role they have in supporting our families. Thank you to every educator and child care professional for the compassion and commitment you show everyday,” says Middlesex County Warden Sue Clarke.
