Recordings and transcripts may be stored within Middlesex County's Microsoft 365 environment and may be accessed by authorized County staff and other approved participants as required for business purposes, in accordance with applicable Middlesex County policies and records retention requirements.
Information collected through meeting recordings and transcripts is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and may be disclosed in accordance with the Act, including in response to an access request where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Participants are encouraged to avoid sharing personal, confidential or sensitive information unless such information is necessary for the purpose of the meeting
