Middlesex County half-load restrictions will be in effect starting Saturday, February 28, 2026, until further notice.
With the warmer conditions and seasonal rain, Middlesex County staff have implemented road weight/load restrictions to protect the integrity of our road infrastructure. During Spring thaw, roads are susceptible to damage and reducing axle-weights helps preserve the lifespan of Middlesex County roads.
