Thinking about running in the 2026 municipal elections? Middlesex County Municipalities invite you to learn more.
MIDDLESEX COUNTY, March 16, 2026 – If you’re thinking about running in a municipal election this October, now’s your chance to learn more about the process.
Join us on April 28, 2026, for a candidate information session hosted by the municipalities of Middlesex County. The session will walk participants through the election process, candidate requirements, and the realities of serving on council. Residents considering candidacy, or wanting to understand how local elections work, are encouraged to take part.
Representatives from each Middlesex municipality and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
A virtual option is available for those who prefer to join online. Registration is required for virtual attendance.
