Notice of Intention to Pass a Procedure By-Law
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of By-law No. 7300, the Notice By-law, the Council of the Corporation of the County of Middlesex intends to pass a new Procedure By-law at its regular meeting of Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that Council shall receive written comments from any person who wishes to make representations respecting the proposed Procedure By-law received by the County Clerk at @email on or before October 19, 2026.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed Procedure By-law is available by reviewing the October 13, 2026 Procedure By-law Report. A copy of the proposed Procedure By-law is attached hereto as Appendix ‘A’.
