Notice of Intention to Pass a Procedural By-Law
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of By-law No. 5650, the Notice By-law, the Council of the Corporation of the County of Middlesex intends to pass a by-law to adopt a new Procedural By-law at its regular meeting of Tuesday March 12, 2024.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that Council shall receive written comments from any person who wishes to make representations respecting the proposed Procedural By-law received by the Acting Legislative Services Manager/Clerk at @email on or before March 6, 2024.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed Procedural By-law is available by reviewing the February 13, 2024 Procedural By-law Report. A copy of the proposed Procedural By-law is attached hereto as Appendix ‘A’.
