That the Middlesex County Library request the Ontario Minister of Tourism Culture and Sport, the Canadian Minister of Heritage, and the Competition Bureau of Canada as drafted by County Librarian to investigate the restrictive practices employed by publishers that are limiting access to eBooks and eMagazines through public libraries, including Middlesex County Library. 

 

3.         Quad County Support Services/Community Employment Choices Scheduled Outreach Service Agreement
