About the Middlesex CSWB Plan

  • Who is Involved?

Municipalities across Middlesex County are currently developing a collaborative Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Plan.  The CSWB plan, which is required under the Province’s Safer Ontario Act, 2018, will identify priority risks in Middlesex and outline strategies and actions to improve safety and well-being for our community.

The folllowing municipalities in Middlesex County are working collaboratively to develop a joint Community Safety and Well-Being Plan: Adelaide Metcalfe, Lucan Biddulph, Middlesex Centre, Southwest Middlesex, North Middlesex, Strathroy-Caradoc, Thames Centre, and the Village of Newbury.

  • Provincial Framework

The Province of Ontario has outlined a community safety and well-being planning framework to guide municipalities and their community partners as they develop their local plans. You can access the framework here
