Facility Closures

The health and well-being of Middlesex County staff, residents, and visitors is our number one priority. To help protect the health and safety of our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, Middlesex County has suspended operations of several municipal facilities. The Middlesex County Administration Building located at 399 Ridout Street North in London, ON. is closed to the public until further notice.

In addition to the County Administration Building closure, Middlesex County has also taken the following actions:

  • All Library facilities will be closed to the public until further notice. Please review the Middlesex County Library’s website here for any new information.
  • Strathmere Lodge: The province has now mandated that Indoor Resident Visits can re-commence in long term care homes effective July 22, 2020, with pandemic safety protocols in place. For more information on resident visits, please refer to the Strathmere Lodge webpage, or call The Lodge at 519-245-2520, ext. 6226.
