Middlesex County Council publicly declared in a resolution dated Tuesday, October 8, 2019 that the Corporation of the County of Middlesex is interested in potentially dispossessing itself of 50 King Street and 399 Ridout Street N.

Middlesex County Council resolved on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 that the County would publicly request Expressions of Interest with respect to the potential purchase of 50 King Street and 399 Ridout Street N., which would be posted on the County's website.  Nothing in Council’s resolution connotes that any sale of the properties will certainly occur, rather, potential dispossession is based on the opinion of County Council in its sole and absolute discretion.  In the Expression of Interest, Middlesex County Council reserves the right to determine to sell or not sell the properties and to not accept any or all of the expressions of interest that may be submitted. Documentary Repository Link

The County has assembled a Documentary Repository of documents in the possession of the County which are related to the properties, which can be provided electronically in the form of a link.  An acknowledgement form and agreement are required to be filled out and completed through the County Information Technology Services Department for the link to be provided.  Once the above noted form and agreement are filled out and accepted by the County, the link will be able to be provided.  To complete the form and agreement, simply enter your business contact information into the form below.
