That the RFP Submission submitted by Tillman Ruth Robinson Architects to complete the Design Services for the Multi-Use EMS Facility at a cost of $588,500 (5.35% of construction cost) + HST and a fixed price $55,300 + HST for civil, landscape architecture and cost consulting be approved by County Council; that the CAO be authorized to negotiate a contract based on the RFP Submission and that the necessary by-law be forwarded to County Council authorizing the Warden and the Clerk to enter into an agreement with Tillman Ruth Robinson Architects.

10.       BY-LAWS

a)         A By-law to authorize and approve a Memorandum of Understanding between The Corporation of the County of Middlesex and The Corporation of the City of London to set forth the terms and understanding between the County and the County for establishing a joint liaison committee comprised of elected officials to discuss and consider matters of mutual concern and to authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the Memorandum of Understanding.
