            6.         Child Care Services Agency Funding Agreements

That County Council approve the County Standard Form Child Care Services Agency Funding Agreement;

 

That the County Council authorize the Director of Social Services of the Corporation of the County of Middlesex to endorse Child Care Services Agency Funding Agreements in approved Standard Form with Agencies on its behalf and to administer such agreements in their entirety on behalf of the County; and

 

That the Director of Social Services of the Corporation of the County of Middlesex be appointed as the County Child Care Administrator for the purpose of the Day Nurseries Act with respect to the delivery of Child Care Services in the CMSM Area of Middlesex-London excluding the geographic are of the City of London.
