That the Rental Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of North Middlesex, the Corporation of the County of Middlesex and the Middlesex County Library Board for a 7,877.54 square feet Comprehensive Library in Parkhill be approved and that the necessary by-law be forwarded to County Council authorizing the Warden and Clerk to execute the Rental Agreement on behalf of the County of Middlesex.

a)         A BY-LAW to enter into a Lease Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Middlesex and the Corporation of the City of London with respect to leasing lands and property at 2125 Trafalgar Street, London for the purposes of  Ambulance Station 15

 

b)         A BY-LAW to enter into a Rental Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Middlesex; the Corporation of the Municipality of North Middlesex and the Middlesex County Library Board with respect to renting a portion of the Shared Services Centre for the operation of the Parkhill Comprehensive Library

 

c)         A By-Law to confirm proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the County of Middlesex – July 22, 2014

4.         Winter Maintenance Boundary Roads Agreement - County of Middlesex & City of London
