a)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Perth Care for Kids Inc., operating as Perth Middlesex Ontario Early Years Centre, which is operating as the project Sponsor for “Supporting Children’s Healthy Development through Play and Literacy” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

b)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Perth Care for Kids Inc., operating as Perth Middlesex Ontario Early Years Centre, which is operating as the Project Sponsor for “Supporting New parents Return to Work in Lucan”  program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

c)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Perth Care for Kids Inc., operating as Perth Middlesex Ontario Early Years Centre, which is operating as the Project Sponsor for the “Seats for Safety” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

d)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Children’s Aid Society of London and Middlesex operating as “Mutual Aid Parenting Program for Parents and Children (MAPP)” to provide services to low-income families with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

e)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Family Service Thames Valley to provide family, debt, and personal counselling service to low-income families with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

f)          A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex for the “Can I Play Too” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

g)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc for the “Can I Play Too” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

h)        A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Women’s Rural Resource Centre, operating as the project Sponsor for “Supporting Children’s Healthy Development through the Promotion of Early Literacy in the Home” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for 2013

 

i)          A BY-LAW to authorize the Warden and the Clerk to sign the Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement between The Corporation of the County of Middlesex and the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) with respect to Strathmere Lodge for the period April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2016

1.         Application for Council Exemption for Clear Cutting of Woodlands, Mike & Crystal Roelands; Lot 11 WCR, Concession 7; Municipality of North Middlesex

That Exemption Application 2013-01 be granted with the following conditions:

 

i)             all spoils from the clearing are to be placed no closer than 30 metres (100ft) from the new woodlands edge;

 

ii)            that the tree species to be planted be approved by the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority and the Middlesex County Woodlands Conservation Officer;

 

iii)           that all planting occur prior to the clearing of any woodlands and be supervised by the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority and the Middlesex County Woodlands Conservation Officer; and,

 

iv)           that the applicant pay a deposit of $5000 ($2000 per acre) to be deposited in the Tree Bank until the trees are deemed free and growing with a 75% survive rate at which time the amount will be refunded.

 

2.         Letter from the Middlesex Soil and Crop Improvement Association requesting permission to apply compost to the fields on the Strathmere Lodge farm.  The Association has been approached by OMAFRA to participate in trials/plots with green bin compost.
