3.         Review of the Community Homelessness Prevention Initiative (CHPI)

That County Council approve the following changes to the Community Homelessness Prevention Initiative:

1.            Clients may become eligible for CHPI after 12 months of receiving similar assistance

2.            Maximum rent payments will equal the current OW/ODSP amounts plus $150

3.            Moving costs up to $250 for all low income residents

4.            Plan expenditures will be reviewed early in the new year to determine if more changes need to take place
