That County Council award the RFP 2012-002 - Provision of EMS Cardiac Monitors/Defibrillators, Supplies and Services to Physio-Control Canada; and that Council approve the funding for the hardware in the amount of $732,088.00 plus HST, to be funded from within the 2013 Budget.

That Middlesex County agree to lift part of the one foot reserve on the property known as 5690 William Street to allow for an opening of 9.0 metres subject to the following conditions:

 

That the property boundary required to sever the property bisect the opening in the reserve such that 4.5 metres of the opening is on either side of the property line;

 

That all costs associated with the lifting of a portion of the reserve, including but not limited to legal and survey costs, be borne by the property owner; and

 

That the owner be required to obtain an entrance permit from the County of Middlesex to legalize access to the new lot once the severance has been finalized.
