a)         A By-Law to provide percentage limits on tax decreases for 2013

 

b)         A By-law to delegate to the County Engineer the authority to approve at his/her sole discretion the County’s acquisition of road allowances at no cost to the County and to designate the County Engineer and two (2) designates in his/her absence as the signing authority to endorse/execute necessary documentation to effect the transfer of road allowances to the County which have been approved by the County Engineer

 

c)         A By-Law to confirm proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the County of Middlesex – August 13, 2013
