10.       BY-LAWS

 

a)         A BY-LAW to authorize the Warden and the Clerk to execute an agreement between The Corporation of the County of Middlesex and The Corporation of the County of Lambton respecting boundary road and bridge maintenance    

 

b)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Southwold Diversified Limited with respect to the provision of emergency and routine maintenance service on electrical traffic control devices for the period January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015.

 

c)         A By-law to delegate certain authorities vested in the Council of the County of Middlesex with respect to Plans of Subdivision, Plans of Condominium and Part Lot Control By-laws pursuant to the Planning Act to the Manager of Planning.

d)         A By-Law to confirm proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the County of Middlesex – December 18, 2012
