Rent Bank

The Rent Bank Program is a Rental assistance program that runs year round. It is a one-time assistance program to help those who are in jeopardy of being evicted from their rental property. To qualify for this benefit you must currently have an eviction notice or N4 (from your landlord/property owner).

The following items are required to be submitted before an application can be considered:

• Completed Rent Bank Application
• Completed Landlord Consent Form
• Verification of family income
• Eviction notice

Please be advised this program is reserved for families in Middlesex County who are not receiving other forms of social assistance. Should you apply for this program, a county representative will be contacting your landlord/property owner directly.
